What's Your Management Style?

I like the approach Harold Kerzner uses in his Project Management book. I used this book for my project management degree before I decided to change majors. I kept the book because of its ease to read, and the amount of knowledge I can use from it to apply to real-world settings in my life. This book gave me a clear understanding of what project management really is. One of the most important things to me about this book is the different avenues experienced by people in actual project management environment. They share their insights with thorough detail, using the framework of organizational behavior and structure to determine project success through careful planning, scheduling and controlling processes.
